Yevgenia Strenger joined the New York City Ballet orchestra in 1990.   She is also the concertmaster of the New York City Opera orchestra and has been a frequent player with the New York Philharmonic for many years. Ms. Strenger made her debut with the Lvov Symphony (Ukraine) when she was thirteen, performing concertos by Conus and Sibelius. Upon graduating with honors from the Moscow State Conservatory she toured the Soviet Union as a member of the Kalinin String Quartet. Ms. Strenger,in addition to orchestral playing, has appeared on television, radio and in recitals and chamber music concerts in USA , Ukraine, Russia and Belarus.
