Gerhardt Koch

Gerhardt Koch, Associate and E-flat Clarinet, was Principal Clarinet of the NYCB Orchestra for 23 years, appearing as soloist in several ballets. He holds a B.M. and M.S. from The Juilliard School of Music, where he studied with Augustin Duques. He has played with every constituent ensemble of Lincoln Center, every major conductor from Antonini to Zinman and has toured the continental U.S., Japan and Europe. He lives with his family in NYC.
